The hosting company maintains logs at the server level for technical reliability. The logs may include:

  • Resources identified by a URL identifier (requested resources – pages, files).
  • Time of request arrival.
  • Time of sending the response.
  • The client station’s name – identification through the HTTP protocol.
  • Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions.
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the transition to the Service was made through a link.
  • Information about the user’s browser.
  • Information about the IP address.
  • Diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through recorders on the website.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to fulfill a contract with you or to fulfill the Administrator’s obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  • Online chat solution operators.
  • Authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website.
  • Companies providing marketing services to the Administrator.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.

You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, to provide services under a concluded agreement and for direct marketing purposes by the Administrator.

Personal data are not transferred outside third countries in the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

The Service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if given.

The Service may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).

The Service, in some cases, may save information facilitating linking data in the form to the user’s email address filling out the form. In such cases, the user’s email address appears inside the URL address of the page containing the form.

The Operator uses a solution that monitors user behavior by creating heatmaps and recording behavior on the website. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator, so they do not know which individual it pertains to.
